Fair Refund Policy for Online Quran Classes at Al Furqan Online Academy

Al Furqan Online Academy offers a refund of the whole amount of Online Quran classes Fee if the student withdraws before the start of the month. But once the classes are confirmed and the student took one class or remained absent without any notice to Admin, then the refund is not entertained.

If any student wants to stop the Online Quran Classes, he/she has to inform Al Furqan Online Academy through our office email before starting of the month. But if he didn’t inform before starting the month, he has to pay the full monthly fee.

If any student wants to get a leave for a month or more, he/she has to inform us before starting the month through official Email, otherwise, the monthly fee would be charged for the full month.
